On the whole a good hotel.

Hotel standard was excellent from room size, shower, breakfast and Restaurant. Unfortunately slightly let down as breakfast fast area had no teabags available in the morning. Staff did not make an effort to get them either. Pool not open either, disappointing.

Wie Ihrerseits angegeben laut Hotelbeschreibung keine Sauna und kein pool seit Pandemie. Grund unseres Besuches war wegen Pool. Im Zimmer Temperaturregler Klimaanlage defekt. Beim Abschalten der Klimaanlage weiterhin Geräusche so das wir in der Nacht Rezeption angerufen haben und manuell abgeschaltet wurde . In den Aufzügen steht trotz keine Benutzung der Anlagen die Etage der Saunen und pools. Wir sind nicht zufrieden und möchten eine teilrückerstattung.

Yüzme havuzu var deniyor ama iki yıldır kullanılmıyormuş. Bize dağ manzarali dendi ama sadece duvar olan ve hicbirsey gorunmeyen bir oda verildi. Odamizi zornan değiştirdik. Personel saygılıydi. Kahvaltı iyiydi.
