So disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our room, which frankly should not be sold as such. The swimming pool closed at 1750 instead of the advertised 2000 hours so we could even have a swim. There were no cleaning materials for the kitchen and the cutlery was filthy. Enough morning / just awful.

Poor hotel, well away from the beaten track

Reservation confirmed by Expedia, and document confirmation provided, but Hotel had no record of my reservation. Spent over an hour with staff that were reluctant to help at first. Eventually they gave me a room on the 5th floor. Both elevators broken had to walk up 5 flights. No towels in the room and staff unable to understand. Original reservation was for 2 nights, but checked out after the first days fiasco with a charge of

Herkes çocukları o sırada havuzda olsa bile onlara Ɵenzlong ayırmÄ±ĆŸ ve bu durum çok saçma bence biz orda rezil olduk. Yemeklerinde kullandıkları yağ çok ağırdi.yemekleri berbattti hiç beğenmedik. ÇıkÄ±ĆŸ yaparkende asansörlerden biri bozuktu bavullar vs herƟeyle elimizde poƟetlerle 1 saat boyunca beklemek zorunda kaldık asansörĂŒ. Ve biz odaya giriƟ saatimiz 14.00 deyken bize saat 15.00 gibi odayı verdiler ve bu saat boyunca sadece 1 tane odayi teslim etti kendileri, daha diğer odayida 1 saat bekledik ve gĂŒn bitti zaten bu durum çok berbatti Odaların temizliği ise orta seviyedeydi. Havuzu pisti hiç hijyenik değildi. Havuzdaki kaydırakları da çok az 2 tane onlarada sıra gelmiyo kaymaya, akƟam gezecek bır yeri yok, bı etkinliği yok otelin akƟamları, sadece bahçede saat 20.00 den saat 22.00 a kadar mĂŒzik açıyorlar onada gidilmez Ă§ĂŒnkĂŒ orası alkol satılan alan. Hattusa Termal tesislerinde internet ĂŒzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat kendi sistemlerinde görĂŒlmeyince bana gelen e-postayı gösteremeseydim ciddi sıkıntı olacaktı. Ä°lk gĂŒn maalesef termal ve normal suyun akmadığını gördĂŒm fakat ilgili ve gĂŒler yĂŒzlĂŒ görevliler kısa sĂŒrede sorunu çözdĂŒler. Havuzlar temizdi. Yemekleri iyiydi.
