"When I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated. "

"Some rude tenants were talking outside my room until 11 or so but otherwise it was good. Bathroom curtain rod was sagging and the room did not smell the best but overall good value for the money and a clean place to sleep. "

"Great staff. Comfortable but not properly cleaned room (e.g. crumbs on counter, hair in bathroom). Need better maintenance practices. Smoke detector was beeping when we arrived. Batteries needed to replaced. Why is this identfied by a guest visit and not routine maintenance? No breakfast even though advertised as having it on Expedia and sign on wall just off hotel lobby. Overall the hotel served my purpose but I would think twice before staying there again. The staff treated me well during my limited interactions with them."
