"Very clean"

"The room was very clean, and the facilities within the room were excellent. There was a wonderful view of the beach from the restaurant area. Most of the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The main problem we had was that every time we sat down at an empty table for an evening meal, we had to ask a member of staff to clean the surface of the table, which was still sticky from the previous occupant. "Only stayed for the one night room was big enough couldn’t turn on the shower but wasn’t that bad as had the bath and I’m sure if I had called them I’m sure they would of come and sorted it out staff was amazing very friendly would definitely stay again"

"Really good value hotel experience. I had a sea view from my room. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast inclusive of the price. I wasn't expecting it. Not all cheaper hotels are good, but this one is. Simple, great value and a lovely experience."

"We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer. "Attractively restored pub with very comfortable rooms and good food. The staff couldn't be more helpful - we particularly appreciated the fan left on to cool the room ready for our arrival. Lovely walk from the front door to the old docks on the bay a short distance away."

"From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! "

"Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day.
