"Front Desk staff was amazing! The room had no hot water for an extended period of time while I was there. So I could not take a shower and I had business appointments during that time. Also, my room was not clean when I left and returned."

"We were in a room directly onto of the bar you could hear the music in our room. It was very annoying also the air conditioner was very loud."

"Have more staff so I wouldn’t have to wait close to 30 minutes for check in. Plus the room had to be changed because of a strong cigarette smell. The new room had things left over from the previous person. "

"Very clean, comfortable beds, easy check in. 12:00 checkout, Great breakfast. Shuttle to and from airport. Great staff. Great!"

"The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was."
