"This was resort was stunning! The staff was so lovely and helpful! The food was plentiful and with lots of variety. There were lots of options for activities and the island hopping and snorkeling was something I won’t forget! I would definitely recommend the spa also!! Can’t say enough about this resort!!"

"The room space was a bit tight, but I will say the staff are all very kind! The cleaning service is awesome - they place everything back to where it was and evident they clean. "The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. "Overall, it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the A/C ran consistently without issue, and the room was very clean. My wife and I utilized their laundry service, which wasn’t as quick as we would’ve liked. We gave them our dirty laundry at around 9pm the night we arrived, and received it back at around 5pm the next day, despite the laundry instruction sheet stating that it would be returned to us by noon the next day. "The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. The staff to guest ratio is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was quick to answer any questions or guide you in a direction. "

"I booked room one, a family room, as it was the last room available at the time. I didn’t need the additional space but it was worth the additional cost for the view. There was seating and two sun beds on the deck overlooking the bay. Unrestricted water views. The hotel isn’t new, but gets five stars for the view and the excellent food. "

"Best place to stay at El Nido!! Staff was helpful attentive. Transportation shuttle was very flexible. Housekeeping made sure our villa was clean and pool was clean as well. Restaurant has so many options it was hard to go eat at other places outside the resort. "

"I give this resort an overall rating of excellent because the staff and the views compensated for the negatives of which there were a few. Bottom line is it’s no 5 star, probably more like a 3 but the views were stunning and well worth it."

"Lio beach is the perfect place to stay in El Nido. Huni is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. Not a huge selection but not bad food. But everything else is great. Laundry service is by weight which made it quite inexpensive to do a load. Would come back"
