"No access to the water. The pool was closed and it was not disclosed until the booking was finalized. couldn’t cancel the booking because it wasn’t refundable. It was dusty. No broom onsite to clean. You can hear every squeak one room to the other making it uncomfortable and awkward. "

"The staff were all exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the pool area. The adults only pool area hot tub had dead bugs floating in it and so many leaves in the main pool. I would think charging what you charge you would have a full time maintenance/ groundskeeper skimming the pool and hot tubs a couple times a day. "

"The room was OK… The floors were swept but not clean what I mean by that is I wore socks and they were filthy. The shower had mold in the corners, so although the room looked clean, it was far from being clean. Also, I had an incident where several things were left in the room electronic charging cable plugged and serval other things. When I called the front desk 4 hour after I left, they said that the general manager was out and that they would have to call tomorrow when he was back in. They said nothing was turned in.
