"My biggest issue was with one of the receptionists, who consistently made simple things unnecessarily difficult. When I arrived, there were two receptionists and around 10 people checking in, yet he wasn’t helping at all. At checkout, he told me I wouldn’t receive my refund deposit until 5 p.m. because staff needed to inspect every room first. "I’ve stayed in a lot of places in this area and this place has been my favorite by far. The staff were the loveliest & the stay was overall perfect. The homes are surrounded by nature & furry friends. You can bbq, take a walk, or just hang out in the lounging areas. I am looking forward to staying again! Heads up!
