"Everyone was very nice."

"A great stay as always. The only reason it’s not a 5* is the room wasn’t made up on the first day - otherwise a great stay."

"A beautiful place in a perfect location to explore Bath."

"Really great location for exploring the city. Within easy walking distance. Comfortable beds - we both slept really well despite the bedroom facing the street, there was no disturbances. Friendly welcome and helpful suggestions. Tasty breakfast served in the room with a good choice of options and timings. Would recommend and would return if needed to."

"Fantastic room, helpful staff and a tasty breakfast. Good location, with free parking. Would stay again!"

"Gorgeous room and bathroom. Round the corner from the royal crescent. Lovely gardens to have a cocktail in. Highly recommend."

"Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience."

"Terrific staff, very kind and friendly. Free breakfast was good, restaurant was great for dinner. Big room with big bathroom, nicely updated."

"Perfect location and gorgeous room."

"Staffs was so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and quiet. Convenient to go to the landmark. "

"This is a great friendly hotel that majors in service and friendliest approach. Nothing is to much trouble always with a smile"
