Unfortunately, the food at the restaurant was average at best, the breakfast it is what you get at other properties that is included with the room rate for $16, definitely not worth it. I had a bad experience also with someones kid screaming and pounding on the walls for what seemed like hours. I don't know what the parents were thinking to allow this to happen. I reported it to the front desk but it took a while for it to stop.

Greeted by staff with a smile which was the topping of a great stay followed by a very clean room. I would definitely book again if needed.

The property deserves higher ratings than it gets. Once you get into the room, it’s a very nice experience. The rooms are large with a loveseat and king size bed. The walk-in shower was great, although it was a little slippery when you first got in. I liked the way that housekeeping put your toothbrush and toothpaste and razor out on a towel like in a fancy hotel. The hotel grounds are not great and it’s kind of in an industrial park area. Other than the ceiling tiles in the room entry and bathroom, the room was very clean. Of course, the hotel can’t control for the clientele and some of them were loud and like in any heavily populated area, the hotel gets a lot of traffic/use. Otherwise, if you need to be in Englewood, this is a nice place once you are in your room.

The property was very clean and nice. The rooms are a little outdated. Rugs were dirty, AC had a part on the floor, very old unit. Hard to manage the heat or AC in the room.

Coffee machine did not work. Toilet did not work. Toilet clogged because it was not flushing properly. They unclogged it but didn't fix the flushing problem. Washer and dryer on premise always seems out of order. Generally not well maintained property. Kitchen repairs never completed. No room service. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I like that the housekeeping cleaned up and replaced our towels without requesting them to do it. We came back with a clean room after an exhausting day! Staffs were all pleasant to talk with, very approachable and welcoming too!

Comfortable stay although this Hotel seems a little bit outdated. I did not experience and issues during my stay at all. Definitely not the most glamorous hotel.
