"The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. "Curtimos muito, somos bem atendidos por funcionarios solicitos. Um ponto negativo e que chegamos na sexta ,a piscina aquecida estava gelada,no sabado a piscina tb estava gelada. O funcionario nos informou que so funcionaria as 17. O dia estava frio,entao achei que iria desfrutar e nao teve como. A piscina ao ar livre e super limpa,da ate gosto de usar,porem a dr agua quente estava com a agua bem turva.
