Despite calling Fairfield Inn to confirm a late arrival, and being told it was no problem - My family and I arrived at 12:30am and was told our room was no longer available. I have 3 young kids who were all crying in the lobby because we had nowhere else to go. All the hotels in the area were sold out. It was the worst travel experience I ever had, and will never book with Marriott Fairfield Inn again!!!

Great location, easily accessible to interstate. Staff were very friendly. Room furnishings did show signs of wear but overall positive stay!
They are doing updates, but work is shoddy. Paint drips and using old furniture.
There was no shampoo or body wash in diapensers, so had to shower with tiny soap.
Area seems run down.
Al baño no le funcionaba la regadera puse la queja y no atendieron mi pedido … Me fui sin bañar al día siguiente , el inodoro no funcionaba terrible completamente
The pool and hot tub were closed. Apparently they are under construction and not a one day issue. No mention on website or expedia filter. The hot tub and pool were the primary reason i picked this hotel.
Property is going thru a renovation, unfortunately I got a room to be renovated. The Air Conditioner compressor was extremely noisy when it would kick on. It would be nice if the bathroom would have a night light instead of the regular bright light.
Currently being remodeled but a very nice facility with a great breakfast.

We’ve stayed here many times and it was always top notch. Antwain was the highlight. Impeccable customer service and super kind and friendly.
The food wasn’t up to its normal standards. The oatmeal was basically water with a little oats. There wasn’t much available for the hot breakfast. I’m hoping it was a one of as we stay here twice a year and it was the first time it wasn’t good. I took a star off for that as we wound up having to eat out for breakfast when we paid for breakfast included.
We will still book again as I’m hoping it was a one of. Will review again with a better review if it is back to normal.

Renovations underway.
Renovation in progress. Elevator was broken. Stairs were being renovated. Loud drilling noise outside our room until 8:00pm.
No person or coffee in lobby when checking out. Room was fine.. probably will be fine when renovations are done.
I travel nonstop and have been all over the world. I can honestly say that only good thing about this property was the staff. I normally don’t comment on things being run down but this was next level run down. To the point that most places would have shut down to complete the type of repairs going on and even when they are done you need to do more. But the staff was so amazing I would actually come back. I checked in at 7pm on a Tuesday and was expecting the front end staff to look like I was the only standing between them and taking a desk nap but I was greeted with a big smile but the nicest man. The elevator was out and he offered to carry my bags up the stairs. I am stubbornly independent and needed the exercise so I declined and he offered again in a way that made me feel like I was taking away something that would have actually brought him joy(helping someone else) when I went down stairs a little while later he was helping another group out (no surprise) and the cleaning staff is amazing! The room was spotless. I had just left a higher end hotel where I had a dirty shower and the shower, bathroom and whole room was completely clean. I hope your company treats the staff at this hotel very well because they are treating your customers and your building well.

Apparently our reservation was canceled, which we found out when we called the hotel for directions.
