"Our stay at Villa LA Luz was perfect. The staff is helpful and kind. Everything is easily accessible and walkable. The room had a wonderful view. If we return to Zihuatanejo, we would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was theft. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...
