"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to main attractions, especially if you have little ones and need to make it back for nap time ;) lots of good restaurants nearby and the hotel breakfast was incredible, lots of food options and staff were very organized and friendly. "Pool has an amazing water slide but its been broken since forever it seems. Also the gym needs some repairs and upgrades, for example you have to share a cable machines "weight pin" which is an embarrassment of a problem. Hotel wise its a nice place to stay and the staff are really nice. Beautiful lobby and the rooms are spacious and clean."

"Property was nice. Office staff very friendly and very helpful. Restaurant staff (at breakfast) were rude and didn't care for the "free breakfast" customers. It was clear in the way they made deafening noise with cutlery and plates and lack of acknowledgement of guests. Totally unprofessional."
