"I was on Expedia making a last minute reservation the evening of check-in. I accidentally selected this property instead of another I wanted. I immediately called Expedia to explain my error. Expedia called Hampton Inn to explain the situation and request a waiver of their non-refundable rule. Kitchen could be stocked a bit better with glassware, utensils etc and the kitchen table needs a third chair. TV has very basic cable with no option to log into a Netflix or Prime account. "The elevators walls were a disaster. Someone should be cleaning them periodically. TV didn't work as the USB was removed and as almost impossible to plug it back in as the TV is almost glued to the wall. Weird set up. The rest of the building was clean. Not as nice of a lobby as some close by hotels."
