"NO HEAT. We stayed there for several nights and it was cold in our wing. Our room was set at 68F but even setting it at 74 only turned on the fan. It provided no heat. I'm sure the room was in the low 60's over night. We mentioned it was cold to the woman at the front desk the first night who agreed it was but pointed out that she had a heater on beside her to keep her warm. The next night the hallway was set at 64 F, but even as I turned it up to 74 the fan ran but it made no difference in that...

"Stayed here before. It's OK. Heater/air-conditioning was noisy ."

"Check-in was smooth and everyone was very nice"

"The room was clean and spacious. The WiFi was good and the soundproofing was excellent. The only downside was the included breakfast was only so so. Everything else was perfect. Will definitely stay again."

"All around good"

"Our room was amazing, we very much enjoyed our stay here! Coffee is really good too!"

"The room was clean but breakfast wasn’t good"

"It good hotel i liked"

"We pre-booked this place days ahead but found the fridge & AC turned of upon arrival with 30'C outside. Chair to low for desk, desk blocked by microwave. Chair to low for desk. 1 very dim ceiling light. Barbeque not clean. CO2 reached unhealthily high levels as windows cannot be opened & AC does not supply enough fresh air."

"Brand new hotel and well furnished. and amazing breakfast."

"I was disappointed when they told me that because I booked through Expedia that the continental breakfast would not be Free as advertised on their website. Instead they charged me $8.00 per person ( even the 10 year old) traveling with us. After that the breakfast was lacking substance. The staff themselves seemed to be helpful with our requests. Sadly I will not be chosing this hotel again."

"Had a great stay!"
