"I recently stayed at Hotel Realm for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The furnishings and décor were classy and well considered, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. "Lovely stylish room, friendly staff. No restaurant or bar inside the hotel, they are around the corner. We had trouble finding the hotel due to major roadwork and this should be mentioned in the welcome message. We phoned the hotel twice for direction while driving around in circles and each time got a vague response. This was not how we wanted to begin our stay. A moment of good customer service to alert guests before they arrive would have been valuable."
