"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was...

"Beautifully modern hotel room, amazing shower (with Molton Brown toiletries, lovely) and large comfy bed, spacious room with private plunge pool was a bonus! Excellent breakfast! Staff were very welcoming, attentive and polite. Couldn’t have asked for more 😊"

Snacks provided during the day Three separate pools. Loads of sunloungers. Walking distance to kings mall and the beach. "
