"The property is immaculate throughout. Very tastefully renovated. The history of the property was very interesting. All of the staff were fabulous, especially Ria, Freya and the bar/breakfast staff.
The Hotel wasn't too far out. A 15/20 minute walk to the City Walls.
I would definitely recommend a stay, we will be back."

"Located in a very beautiful location within walking distance of several points of interest, such as The Shambles, York Minster, the City Walls, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast served in the morning is truly exquisite. The room and the hotel in general seemed very clean, in excellent condition despite being an old building, and safe. The attention and friendliness of the front desk and breakfast staff were exceptional!"
