"Nothing was enjoyable about this hotel we got the most expensive room and it wasn’t even one that was renovated. The person that checked us in was rude and when we asked for another towel she got snippy with us and said do we really need another towel. The bath tub in our room had brown liquid running down from the spout and the back door didn’t lock. I felt very unsafe. The bed was also hard as a rock and caused me and my husband sever pain in our backs. I will not be returning until they finish their renovations even then I might not even return. "

"Always a favorite in Seaside. Lots of changes since our last visit. The new bar is cute, but wasn’t staffed and had very limited items. The breakfast was terrible! No protein at all. Disgusting biscuits and gravy. They need to do better! "

"Excellent location near the beach, within walking distance of local stores, restaurants, and antique shops. The room is somewhat small, but the amenities are quite impressive, with a thoughtful touch of tying the towels into bows. We appreciated this detail. The room also features a fireplace. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward, and guests receive complimentary parking. The receptionist was somewhat reserved, possibly due to a long day. We will monitor the pricing for future stays and will certainly consider returning if we find a good deal. No Netflix on TV. "
