"The Domes of Elounda was a beautiful property. The facilities including pools were beautiful. The reason I give it an ok is due primarily to service and maintenance considering the price. I expected 5 stars and got 4. The first night our electric went out. They fixed that that night but the hot tub did not work until the next day. The bar servers were incredibly slow. Other service was slow as well due to most of the servers being new. The cart drivers were great as well as reception."

"First would like to say I'd definitely come back to this hotel on my next holiday to Crete. The hotel is quite massive and lovely to walk around on a warm night. The room and the balcony was spotless. Didn't see much I didn't like about this hotel, many locations to sunbathe, swim and relax. "Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place.
