"Staff was attentive. My room wasn't cleaned properly, there was human feces on the shower wall and table top and counters had food dried them. I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies and did the job correctly myself. Very unimpressed."

"When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. "Staff was friendly. When we pulled the sheets back there were some kind of cracker crumbs and a long black hair in the bed. Obviously the sheets had not been changed between guests. The glass shower doors were dirty- and… looked like someone missed the Kleenex when they blew their nose on the wall next to the bed. You could hear people and traffic outside. Have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites before. This was the most disappointing."

"Room layout was nice, but the box spring didn’t have a cover so it looked unfinished. Just didn’t feel the cleanest overall. The lobby had a funky smell to it. The gal at the front desk told me they had a VIP guest blasting music the night before which made me concerned for the quality of sleep I’d have that night. Breakfast isn’t included (I might have misread that though). Duct tape on the carpet in the hallways. Just felt like overall this hotel could use some TLC! Not sure I’d stay here...

"Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning."

"Hotel was build together with a Hampton hotel. Many of the amenities such as pool, exercise room etc are actually next door requiring a long walk. When I checked in, was given room 205…it was suggested that I could carry my luggage up the stairs OR use the elevator…in that order…I understand once I found the elevator about 75 yards basically in the Hampton. We used the stairs after that including bouncing our suitcases"

"Residence Inn was clean, smelled nice, had great amenities and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast each morning is a nice bonus. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. "Property seemed pretty clean. However, the front desk attendant seemed super confused about our checking in. When we got our room key and went to our room someone was already occupying the room! It smelled of marijuana too. We were then put in a double queen room and the hair dryer was missing out of the bathroom- looked like someone cut the cord off of it! Loud people all through the night."

"I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...
