"We had a wonderful stay at Fortune Park Hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The hospitality, comfort, and overall service made our stay very pleasant and memorable. A special mention to Phoolbati, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm nature, willingness to go the extra mile, and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. It’s people like Phoolbati who make a hotel stay...

Everything was spotless and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. The hygiene standards were clearly a top priority which made the stay even more comfortable and reassuring. The food was also fantastic. Fresh well prepared and full of flavour with great options available. Every meal was...

The room had remnants of the previous guests who had stayed in there before us. Had to ask housekeeping for bathroom mats, hand towels and there was no toilet roll. Basic housekeeping checks not done before our arrival. Shower and taps had mould and green algae. Lobby had mice running between sofa seats! I hope Expedia can...
