"Amazing"

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "

"The location for accessing the city centre is excellent and the free parking a boon. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included - this should be made clearer when booking. Room was clean and tidy and bed linen fresh. Towels provided and staff did ask of we wanted the room cleaned, every second day. The bed was comfy and we all slept well. There is traffic noise but both windows had secondary glazing which dampened most of the noise. We kept the windows open to keep the room...

"Stayed one night the inn was nice and the staff very friendly. The food was good in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The car park was full when we arrived and my car was damaged overnight with no note left. "

"The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down.
