"The breakfast menu was surprisingly excellent. I mean, this was an older college town hotel. But they had hot biscuits and gravy, clean hot waffle iron, packaged boiled eggs, fresh juice, a very clean eating area, and no helicopter personnel. I was very pleased to have those biscuits and gravy!"

"Breakfast was so-so but didn't bother me I don't eat that type of breakfast. The room was too dark need brighter lightbulbs....but I am older and my eyesight is not the greatest but still was too dimly light. Could hear the people above me like a giant walking back and forth couldn't figure out why all the trampling going on-moving furniture perhaps?? Also, could hear the people taking next door and the TV. Wasn't the best in quiet area! "

"We had a fantastic stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The bartender was great—friendly, attentive, and made the evenings especially enjoyable. The daytime staff was also very kind and welcoming once we arrived, which set a positive tone for the trip. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when I asked to extend our stay by one additional night. I was told we would need to move to a different room, which honestly surprised me. In all the years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a situation where extending a stay meant being relocated—that was just weird. After, I wanted to take a quick jump in the pool before I headed out and asked for a late check out instead Iand that was even denied. By then, was over it. While the stay started strong, that inconvenience put a bit of a damper at the end. Overall, a good experience with great staff, but the room change thing for one extra night on a Thursday was just strange. Although we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great staff, and good food…. I am not sure I would return after the front desk damper. "

"The property and rooms were all very clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and amenable. It was also very calm and quiet on the property. The only drawback was the heftiness of the pillows. The included breakfast was most welcome and delicious! We would certainly stay here again."

"We enjoyed our short stay here very much. We were in Yakima for the PNWU White Coat ceremony. They allowed early entry so we could drop our bags and freshen up after the drive. The suite is very roomy and open, it would be a good place for an extended stay. They were most accommodating allowing a late check out so we could attend church with our granddaughter without having to pack up. Great space, very clean and well appointed, extremely helpful staff, I don't hesitate to recommend it."

"They were running out of room keys so we could only get one. There were no sheets or blanket on the pull out. I attempted to call the front desk about it but the phone wasn’t connected, so had to walk down multiple times for items. There were chip crumbs on the couch. Pool and fitness center were ‘out of order’. Bed was okay, otherwise, can’t imagine much worse. Especially the premium price. "
