"The hotel is located on top of the hill and the town, that’s approximately 20 min walk down a well bricked path is sleepy… It is not the hotel’s fault, but nonetheless the town only has a few shops open. Although, I believe most visitors are here for the open market or to hike the castle ruins beside the hotel. Overall, the hotel is excellent. "I didn’t appreciate there not being anyone in reception upon my arrival. The front door was locked and I had no idea how to get into the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number with no answer. I had to walk around the back to find an open door. My key was just left in an envelope on the front desk with a note in German I didn’t understand. I couldn’t figure out the room key and it took me 20 minutes to try to get into my room. The next morning there was still no one in reception that could help...
