"Breakfast was not appetizing, dry eggs and potatoes. No tissues in box. Room telephone didn't work. No blackout curtains in room 212. Is there a dress code for your employees, bc they were quite sloppily dressed. Place is rundown, I would not stay again, or recommend."

"This is an old hotel showing its age, but much less expensive than others in Elko. Breakfast was very good -- sit down in the coffee shop and not the usual sparce buffet usually found in hotels. Internet access was so slow that it was unusable. There's also no desk in the standard rooms, so don't plan on answering e-mails or doing any work that requires Wi-Fi."

"Clean room. Shower/tub combo is not my favorite, but is prevalent in most US hotel rooms, it appears. Pool, no hot tub? Strange. Breakfast was very nice. Overall, a really good experience."

"Super great place for our overnight stay. The amenities offered were over and above what you get at a more expensive hotel chain. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean and updated. Communication was very proactive and check-in was very easy. Will definitely recommend snd stay again. 10+ value for the money paid."

"The room and parking lot were both clean and well maintained. It is in a safe location, and convenient to drive thru and sit-down dining. No continental breakfast, but the drive thrus are nearby. I wish there were 2 soap bars, one for the sink and another for the shower, as the shampoo and hair conditioner pump bottles were the only things in the bath/shower. The check-in and check-out were quick and pleasant. My room, on the first floor was quiet. I felt very safe here. The pillows were comfy...
