"Breakfast was OK, orange juice was not fresh, just some powdered mix. Pool was closed. window in the room did not close properly or latch."

"The room was nice and very clean. The staff at check in were so kind and friendly. However, the breakfast was sub par. The eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy were terrible. The worst thing that happened was during breakfast, the person on desk duty was nasty, loud and rude to one of the employees in front of guests. Totally unacceptable!!"
