Some of the staff wasnt very friendly, and ghere were smokers (weed ones) in the non smoking rooms. Some of the women staff were very kind and expressed lots of sportsmanship!

The staff was accommodating but a bit drab. The doors on all 4 of the rooms we had did not shut well at all. We were able to open the locked door without our key card, which didn't make us feel very secure.The rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast consisted of a couple of cereal dispensers in a large club room with a juice machine, not that we expected anything more. Although very convenient, it was very noisy at night from loud traffic. A lot of people were disrespectful around the room doors waking us up several times during the night, both nights of our stay. I'm not complaining, but, I'm not giving praise either.

When we got to our room, it was extremely warm. We contacted the office and they put a new air-conditioning unit in our room. The maintenance/ housekeeping were very helpful in all our needs. The pool was nice and clean. Only offensive downfall was many tenants smoked marijuana and the smell was very strong to have children around. The breakfast bar needs more food besides cereal. But other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Our favorite reasonably priced hotel in Elizabeth City. We've stayed here about 10 times and keep coming back. It's an older hotel but decently maintained, clean, and the staff is phenomenal.

Room clean. However, the top bed covered had holes in it which looked like burn holes. The handicapped handle in the shower was unattached on one end. The website says full breakfast. Maybe it is in season, but it was practically Continental.
