"Property was probably five stars years ago. Definitely a little run down and you can see it in the rooms. Breakfast was fine and the beachfront was actually really nice. Recommend that you get rooms close to the beach and not the pools cuz it is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. It is in a good location in that if you have a car you can go next door to Afitos or Kallithea where there are really great restaurants, beach bars and views. Parking was very difficult when we would come back...

"The hotel is well positioned in one of the nicest beaches of Nikiti, helpful staff, superb service at hotel’s restaurant Kyma with delicious food. A variety of local delights like boureko at breakfast. And every room has a balcony !"

"Sehr empfehlenswert! Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich, die Besitzer sind unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist top – ruhige Umgebung und traumhafte Strände ganz in der Nähe."

"Anastasia and the staff were so hospitable during my stsy. Upon arrival after a long travel journey I was warmly greeted and offered champagne. Since this was my birthday trip, I gladly accepted. Check in was fairly seamless and was pleasantly surprised that I had been upgraded to a suite. All in all, the service and hospitality was exceptional. "Struttura molto bella con una vista bellissima. Tramonti indimenticabili, personale gentile. L’unica pecca sono le bevande escluse ai pasti e i cui prezzi sono alti soprattutto i le bottiglie di vino che si è obbligati a consumare in una sera. "
