"Host Colin made us feel welcome straight away and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Guest rooms have everything you'd need for a short break, The rate included a lovely freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choices and a homemade granola and berry compote to start with, fresh pots of coffee and toast. "First time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious and airy , bed very comfortable. Welcome pack was good. Shower was great and bathroom was immaculate. "We had a lovely one night stay here (wish it was longer). The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. "I booked a Deluxe apartment. I didnt realise it would be seperate to the hotel. We were disappointed with the bathroom as we were expecting a bit of luxury at the price per night. Instead we had bathroom suitable for disabled access. One of the reclining chairs had bare wires hanging out. There were 3 of us but only towels for 2 people.
