"Imagine staying in very cold and rainy SF and then you take a shower and found out there’s no hot water😤 called front desk and told me it will be fixed in a few minutes but it never did get fixed. This is how bad customer service was, upon check out the front desk staff did apologized and said if we could stay after the 1100 check out time the plumber is going to fix it around 11 am, we thought she was kidding but she was very serious. They promised to reimburse us $100 but has not seen that...
