"Very courteous & helpful staff. Not many nearby shops."

"Property is clean and comfortable and is value for the money it costs. Staff were helpful. It's a little out of the way but close enough to be convenient. The design of the hotel reception rises to the top of the building with a clear roof, looks great but as people come in at all hours of the night that opens space acts as a microphone to what they are all saying so it's was quite loud during the night. It wasn't that bad but not ideal."

"I didnt used the hot tub I was very disappointment the spa massage was not done properly the lady hand his not srtong.the service i received do not worth the money i paid...and i paid for deep tissue.i did not receive a therapeutis firm pressure.its was wasting my money.. "

"Nice hotel, in a lovely location, only a tram ride away from the centre of Amsterdam. Very friendly and polite staff, great restaurant and bar. Far enough out of the center to be calm and quiet, near enough to tram in with 20-30 mins. "

"The staff and our stay at De Bedstee was absolutely wonderful! Our check in and check out were both easy and smooth, room was spotless and bathrooms as well. If we are ever back in Amsterdam we will definitely be staying here again! We got breakfast at the hotel on one of the days and loved the selection and drank a delicious latte! We even met some of the local cats just around the block which made our stay even more magical. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back! "
