"This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast."

"Clean room lots of options for breakfast"

"We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!"

"The breakfast that they provided was awful. No fresh fruit. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. No yogurt or juice. Had to ask for cups for coffee. While the hotel itself is very clean and updated the breakfast was a big downfall."

"Being this was my first time staying here it wasn't a good experience. The amenities, well the pool isn't working, the fire place that looks so inviting, doesn't work hasn't in years. The carpets and riped and stained. My first room smelled bad, was moved to another room up stairs. The floor had a stain, didn't think anything about it until I walked in it and it was sticky. The door keys don't work half the time, everytime I had a new key made before I went up stairs. I got tired of walking...

"Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary."

"The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

"The room was dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor and bathroom floor sticky . I had to mop my floor and get the vacuum from the front desk and vacuum. Bed was lumpy and wore out."

"Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch."

"This Motel 6 was half the price of all surrounding rooms available when I had to rest in the middle of an 800 mile trip. The room and property were very clean and presentable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Other than two bars of soap and sufficient towels there is nothing else as far as amenities. HOWEVER, the room shows much age. Several wood flooring joints were taped down and a couple of spots in the floor sagged when stepped on. If you need a place to rest and...

"We had a nice stay, room was clean. The night staff, (unfortunately didn’t get her name but works until 11 pm) was very sweet and helpful! Unfortunately only decaf coffee in the lobby in the morning."
