"Room very clean. The staff very helpful & friendly, & the setting & location fantastic. Very quiet, lovely canal more the size of a lake, with many black swans, ducks etc, lovely gardens & swimming pool. Supermarket just around the corner. A ledge for soap & shampoo in the shower was the only thing we would add. "

"Great service from the staff, room/bathroom is a little dated but both were big and clean, great location with shops, supermarket and cafes right next door and one block walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again "
