However, up until this review, we still cannot receive specific reasons for the complaints as this is a little bit inconsistent and has not been talked over through your initial statement of dissatisfaction.Cadlao Resort prepares a buffet on top of an a la carte breakfast menu to provide a pleasurable start to our guests' day. We are more than willing to compensate if there is anything wrong with the food but we will be needing specific information on your dislikes so we know where to turn our heads.Jinjer Restaurant is a casual modern Filipino restaurant that also serves a selection of global food. Our philosophy is simple, we always try to serve quality food with fresh ingredients every day. We serve decent mindfully prepared food at a reasonable price. With all due respect, there is no overcharging happening in our business. You received and paid the right amount. Our restaurant manager explained to you that there's an inclusive 10% service charge which was indicated in the bill and in the menu.We always show respect and serve in a professional manner despite any situations, not to mention some serious threats our poor staff received from you. We know miscommunication can happen anywhere and we want to understand as much as we can, things could have been resolved right there and then especially since there is clearly no language barrier between you and our staff.Nonetheless, we are apologizing for whatever inconvenience we have caused you.
