"Location amazing, but effectively cut of from being able to come and go from the resort as you please due to the road that serves the property, only driveable in a 4x4. Same for getting to your lodge, if the cable car is not running or someone else using it, you have to wait for a car. We spent a large proportion of the holiday waiting on roads trying to get back and forth. Henris was great, but the food in main restaurant wasn't good. The two times we ate there, we had cold food as the wait between the meals coming out for 7 of us meant we were sat for 20mins before we could even start. The final staw was for our pickup on the day we were meant to leave, and they had us waiting by the side of a dirt road at 4.30am for almost 45 mins with 2 young and very tied children. We paid almost 8k gbp for a week here for 7 of us and for the money was just not worth it. Has the potential to be great but is only a 3 star at best. Save the stress and book somewhere that you come away from feeling relaxed and not more stressed than when you started. "

"Upon check inform front desk that u have a transportation going back puerto prinsesa. Otherwise thy will call thy day u checking out regardless if your sleeping or resting. Pls. Have a good manner front desk. Dont call the guess when there resting. Ask all u need to know upon check in. "

"It was an amazing trip and stayed at Doublegem for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff are very helpful and organized. We love the breakfast as well As we are all excited to be the first in line As we read the other Reviews that the breakfast are no good but actually its the best. It’s combination of local Philippines food and typical international breakfast food which is fabulous. My family really enjoyed and so am i with our stayed at this place. We also love the infinity pool which we really enjoyed as well after our day tour into The beaches. Highly recommended will definitely stayed to this place again in the future. The staff are very helpful "

"Very disappointing. We have reservations of 3 rooms for 6 days. We got in the hotel late around 10pm, the rooms are not ready yet. When we get in the room, rooms smells terrible. The washrooms are not flushing well. Sinks are clog. The lights are not functioning well. No toiletries in any rooms. Kettles only available in the outside kitchen. The property in the apps shows very nice pictures in the front of the property, it was faked. I even showed the pictures on the app to the caretaker. She was surprised to. Very frustrating. We have decided to leave early morning the next day. Not safe for the kids around with broken sinks and untidy place. I been sending multiple messages to the property without any response at all. Very unprofessional. Even the contact information in the app is not accurate. We tried calling that number to inform them that we are checking in late, the guy who answered the call is from other country and no idea about the property. I have been requesting for our full refund, our vacation is now done but this issue is not settled until now. Instead of us enjoying our vacation, it turns out stressful. i have been contacting expedia, it seems no progress. "

"Beautiful and spacious rooms with great facilities, impeccably clean throughout. Convenient for airport and El Nido town. Could improve with better pre arrival communication on what’s available for food options, there is an option to order from a few restaurants for delivery. Otherwise you will need to go to El Nido or local markets for any supplies. "
