Being in an old church, the architecture of the rooms and the common area is unique and the decor very thoughtful. Staff are great. Highly recommended.
Really interesting location, unfortunately heating was not connected but they did everything in there power to make sure the room was warm. If you do come to this town The Citern is a must see, especially first thing in the morning when the light is brilliant.
Eine wunderbare Unterkunft zur Erholung von der marokkanischen Hektik in El Jadida. Leider war der W-LAN Empfang mit Apple Geräten nicht möglich - für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das inakzeptabel.
We were in the dependance of the Iglesias Hotel because it is the law season , and the atmosphere was very intimate like in a private house . The colors , the light ,the music , the food the attentions of the staff, everything was perfect . This is the luxe .
The hotel was amazing - nice and quiet tucked away out of the chaos of the town. Staff were great and the restaurant served amazing food. Our only complaint was on our way out of town - the hotel staff arranged a taxi to the train station (taxi driver was a friend of the gentleman working the main desk at the hotel). They both confirmed it was 20 dirham to the station however when we arrived it was apparently 20 dirham per person plus a baggage fee so he charged us 50 for the ride. Left a bad taste in our mouths - somewhat expected in Morocco however not from an establishment such as the L'Iglesia.
