"We had a great couple of nights stay. We were greeted by Othman who was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay as were the other staff but Othman provided us with a great walking itinerary that covered all the main attractions and also some great restaurant recommendations. The location is slightly west of the Medina but was an easy walk to get there. It is handy to the CTM station if you are arriving/leaving by bus."

"Upon arrival, the two front desk staff seemed bothered that my group wanted to check in. They remained annoyed when we asked if they could separate the one bed in our room into two, even though they had just told my friends they could do that for their room. "The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The room was well appointed and simply decorated. It is well located in the bottom half of the Medina which is helpful for people with walking difficulties. Chaouen is not made for those actually, the stairs are steep and the streets are unevenly paved."

"This hotel was clean, with very comfortable beds and was very close to the central square. It was about a 10-minute walk from the main road where our car dropped us off but someone from the hotel came to meet us and help with our bags. The hotel itself has lots of stairs (no elevator) as is typical of hotels in this area. Breakfast was simple but good, with made-to-order omelets available."

"Stayed one night at Dar Jasmine in Chefchaouen. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, with an incredible view over the city. Staff were warm and helpful -even packed us a to-go breakfast for an early ferry departure. Stairs: ~150-200 steps from the street up to the hotel, no alternate route. Not workable for anyone with mobility issues or unsteady footing - same goes for Chefchaouen's hillside streets generally. "It is fantastic value for money. It's in the middle of the Medina. Yassine ( the owner ) will do anything for you. He always replies very quickly. An excellent breakfast in a local cafe is also included. Thank you Yassine."
