I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in El Gouna! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so cared for — they are truly the sweetest and most attentive team I’ve ever encountered. Their warmth and kindness made my stay not just enjoyable, but genuinely loveable. The food is absolutely delicious, and I have to give a special mention to the chef’s assistant, who is such a sweetheart. He oversees everything with so much care, and thanks to the quality and attention to detail, I usually get sick in Egypt, but not this time — everything was perfect! The hotel itself is cozy, charming, and very easy to navigate, making it feel like a home away from home. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need a tuktuk to get around El Gouna, as the walking distances can be quite far — but that’s part of the local charm. What I’ll miss the most is the incredible staff who truly pamper you and make you feel special every single day. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay — I can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the variety was excellent. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and professional. Front desk service available 24/7 and were very attentive. The thing that bothered me was the front door/security personnel; were not the most professional. They never greeted my family and I will be walked through the front entrance, smoked, and never even once opened the doors, even when my elderly parents were with us. I believe these guys are the facade for any hotel, especially in a tourist town like El Gouna. In my mind, these basic courteous gestures are expected in the tourism industry. Other than that, my family and I had a very positive experience.
