Great Place to stay!

Enjoyed the stay! The lady at the desk on Saturday morning and the lady that served breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating!

Overall all customer service was great. The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling as well as water damage in the corner of the room adjoin to the bathroom. Years in the carpet and lather torn chairs at desk. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn scores and one of my favorite hotels. This stay was a little disappointing 3rd floor room 314

The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly, but the elevator didn’t work and I was on the 3rd floor. Using all of those stairs was super inconvenient for me with me having an autistic toddler. Other than that, the room was great.

This hotel was super clean, the staff was very nice & the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be back when my travels bring me back to magnolia. We were here for a softball tournament. They even had nice guest laundry available to wash our ball uniforms.
