"Overall, we had a really good experience. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the food was great throughout. The entertainment was enjoyable, and there were plenty of pools and sun loungers available. The flat itself was adequate, although there was a noticeable damp smell which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, we had a lovely sea view which made up for it. The location was excellent — Flamingo Beach was very close by, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance."

"Overall the hotel was tired with lots of examples of wear and tear that had not been addressed. We were all inclusive but one day of this experience put us off and we ate out the remainder of our stay. The food was Luke warm and mushy from being over cooked. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way so car hire is advisable. Ok experience but. No desire to return to this hotel."

"It was perfect for what we were looking for. A relaxed , inclusive week by the beach with pools. One of the pool was heated. The staff was lovely and helpful. The hotel was tasteful. There was a gym, a spa, a ping pong table. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options for dinner,but not a fantastic culinary experience. Having said that it was fine."

"The main pool is too cold to use however there is a covered pool which is much warmer. The kids pool is slightly warmer but still too cold for kids to spend too long in. Hotel grounds, rooms and communal areas are very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is buffet style and perfectly acceptable. "

"Our second visit to this hotel and we were really happy with everything. The staff are always polite and helpful, the room ample for our needs, breakfast was very good and always nice to get a few goodies on arrival. Some minor tidying up of the building was needed but their were workmen in, tidying up so all good and certainly not a major problem. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen."

"Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!"
