Very good property with beautiful views. Room was clean and well appointed, staff was helpful, it was a nice place. The only disadvantage (or advantage, depending on perspective) is that it was a bit out of town, so the main street with all the restaurants was not as easily walkable. We had a car so it didn't bother us. Stayed in March of 2026.

Hotel has great views. It is about a 1.5 mile walk to town. this was fine for us but may not be for everyone. The food in the hotel was excellent, and they packed us a great lunch for one of our tours.

Fabulous views of lake Argentino from the hotel and staff very helpful especially with our early arrival and check in. There is a shuttle bus to and from the town so didn’t matter that we were a good 45 minute walk away.

I aske for a lake view she gave me a room it overlook the roof of the hotel restorant , I ask to change the told me the next day they will move me to room 514, when we got back from our guided trip the front desk gave a key to room 202 and told me it is great view when I question the change I told them I will check the room but it is not good then they gave me room 514, I should not go through this and I wonder if that happened because I reserved through third party
