We had one of our dinners up on the rooftop and we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the view of the medina and city from there. "We stayed 3 nights at Riad Layla. The 1st 2 nights were in the Sara room. It was a very nice room and was comfortable. The hot water worked well in the bathroom and there was a refrigerator which was nice. The only down side is that the room was a bit dark. Breakfasts were amazing as was the service. "The staff was amazing. Made you feel at home and comfortable and safe. The tea was especially excellent and sublime in the lounge on the roof. Restaurants nearby had a variety of food including western style food and fast food along with traditional food. The hotel is also very close to the medina as well as significantly closer to the malls and cinema. Overall the experience was splendid and heartwarming."
