"The room we got was supposed to have room for at least 5 people and with a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed so two of us had to share a bed. The property says they have ironing boards upon request - they did not. For a suite that’s supposed to have room for at least 5, they only provided one tiny water bottle (and another tiny one with gas). Property was not clean at all. Hotel staff was extremely poor with their service. For example we asked for a late check out, and were told it’s possible with a fee. When we ask what the fee is, we’re told it’s not possible. In the same conversation, it’s not even like she checked anything. Ridiculous. This is not a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, we had to come back to this hotel a second time after we returned from Medellin because this stay was already booked, but I’d never come back here again. We also stayed at a 4 star hotel in Medellin which lived up to the standards, so even by comparison of other hotels in Colombia, this one was extremely poor."

"This hotel rooms are 1 star cheap looking, no amenities a ridiculous shower that leaked all over. It felt like a servant’s room from last century. They offer things they don’t have like shuttle service and restaurant. The bars are on 8th floor, they are rented in the bldg and they are super noisy at night. Breakfast is served in a gloomy room in the parking lot! Terrible hotel."

"Not at all what you would come to expect from a W. They should rebrand to something else because it’s fine for a whatever hotel but nowhere near good enough for a W. Checkin took forever, no idea why, there wasn’t any line. They didn’t even explain where the bar/pool/anything was. You have to take 2 elevators to the rooms which is super annoying. We had booked a reso at the bar a month out and when we got to the bar they had no idea who we were. We didn’t even bother with the pool/spa area because we heard it wasn’t great. Takes forever to get to anything from this location in bogota. Wouldn’t recommend, lots of better options "
