"Ditter, the concierge is SOOO NICE! Our first room’s A/C was not working but it was resolved quickly. Housekeeping wasn’t great but after we mentioned it, it was great! The restaurant Backi at the corner is AMAZING!! "

"5 minute walk to train & bus stations. Convenient for doing day drips outside of Salzburg especially if coming back late at night. Great coffee/breakfast place inside the train station (Costa Coffee). Reception staff help us book a Taxi for a very early morning flight. The room is not cleaned daily so you will need to request that 24 hours in advance."
"Comfortable and in the famous areas. I can go to shopping areas easy, just in front of the hotel . Near the palace 5 minutes walk. The room was cleaned. Bed was comfy. The shower room was cleaned. The reception was so nice and welcome. She gave me a gift when i checked out. "
