Other hotels and Airbnb graciously agreed to cancel our booking due to the extenuating weather related circumstances. But this property has no empathy for customers and refuses even a partial refund and blame it on customer for not wanting to make the long drive even if it is not safe for customer to do so. inflexible policies on the part of certain business establishments such leaves a bad impression"
