"The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The rooms have been updated since our last visit, are tastefully done and comfortable. The food was tasty, with a nice variety and all of the offerings were constantly refilled. The location is perfect -- it is in easy walking distance to the main promenade, the marina and to downtown. "I liked everything. Firstly, they settled us immediately upon arrival (we arrived at 13.00), received us cordially and warmly. Secondly, cleanliness and order are everywhere. A big surprise was the breakfast, shaking in its variety, very tasty... we didn't even think breakfast could be a holiday, every morning. Not far from the sea, shops, cafes and a bus station are within walking distance. We spent the week with great pleasure. We will definitely return again!"

"A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number...
