"This hotel is really very nice, clean, safe with excellent breakfast and staff. There are alot of security features in place. Covered parking is a necessity with a fee. Pay it and dont complain. Key card access only. We were going to an event on UT campus and this hotel is very convenient. Just be aware that downtown Austin is not a safe place so a hotel like this one is worth every penny."

"I would stay here again but some notes. It's right next to lots of bars and restaurants. It gets very noisy until 2 or 3am on Friday - Sunday night. If you don't mind the noise, it's a great location with tons of food trucks and restaurants within walking distance. Great people watching. My room had a stove and fridge but no microwave. There is a microwave in a common area. Bathroom floors are just plain cement. Internet was very fast. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. No room service available that I know of. There is an in unit washer dryer combo. "

"It's not well marked and a little hard to find. It's actually in a business office building. The staff was super nice, the room was clean and beds were comfy. We loved the location and ability to walk everywhere. Wish we had known more about the airport shuttle as we rented a car, paid $50 for parking and didn't use it. "

"The hotel was in a great location. The front desk staff was amazing, very welcoming. Breakfast was very fresh, delicious and plenty of room to sit down and eat comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and staying here in the future if I need to come back to Austin, Texas. "

"This is not my favorite hotel in Austin. I was excited to try it out and we were there for a busy weekend (to be fair) but they seemed unprepared for it. Coffee line out the door every morning and there's not a regular breakfast option. The taco joint had great breakfast tacos though - that was a highlight for sure. They didn't clean my room one day and I even spoke with housekeeping and the front desk and they still didn't come. Just felt like the service was pretty mediocre and nothing was easy at the hotel (shouldn't take 5 minutes for a beer at the pool when you are standing at the bar and no one else is waiting for a drink). Pool is nice but it's practically on Congress, you can see traffic from the pool - sort of strange. I expect others might enjoy this place - it was not for me, I prefer a more relaxing and accommodating hotel. "
