"Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Check-in, however, was absolutely horrible. They had one woman at the check-in desk on a day the hotel was fully booked. The line up was long and very slow, and it took at least 40 minutes or more before we got to the front of the line to check in. ..."

"Poor parking, no robes initially, robe delivered was old and torn. Towels were old and hard, Pillows only 3 initially were small and uncomfortable. Room configuration was odd, tv remote was slow. Air conditioning was ineffective"
