"Clean room. Appreciated the inclusion of breakfast. Some in-room amenities were missing upon arrival such as bathrobes, teas, kettle, and microwave (requested this when I booked and it wasn't there when I arrived, so I had to follow up. But the staff were responsive and accommodating."
